Westwords 2025 featured six competition puzzles, four themed and two freestyle (themeless), ranging in difficulty from easy breezy 💐 to very challenging 😈. The final puzzle was offered at two different difficulty levels.

Westwords 2024 featured seven competition puzzles, four themed and three freestyle, and also offered two difficulty levels for the final.
